- be sure to provide contact and emergency information
- be honest about your pet's health and behavior
- cancel services as far in advance as possible
- be flexible with your requests
- understand that extra services, require extra time. Keep in mind that there may be extra charges involved
- inform me of any houseguests
- be sure I have the necessities. Make sure you leave enough food, medications, treats or other food items, paper towels, leashes, carrying cases or other items
your pet will need while you're away
- pay your pet care bill as agreed
